Having a new nurse that I could tell wasn’t sure about what she was doing, and then a nurse practitioner asking me all the same questions was not helpful and took up a lot of time. They were questions I had answered when I first came to the practice. Also I got all the negative feedback but no encouraging ideas about how and what to do to help myself, so left feeling ashamed instead of encouraged. True life situations need to be taken into account more for how and why I have the issues I do. I’m not just a person who doesn’t want to follow the rules. I do want to help myself and feel very alone, where I should be able to find that in my doctors office.

The staff are friendly and helpful from the moment you get there. The Nurses are knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Sunio, Benjamin and Omar are quick to diagnose my problems accurately and provide the therapy or meds I need.
